Use of SizeWize
SizeWize helps users save and organize shopping details, sizes, specifications, lists, notes, saved links, preferred retailers, Deals, and Reviews. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding whether a product, retailer, link, Deal, or Review is appropriate for your needs.
Your Account
You may need to sign in to use app features that store private data. Keep your sign-in information secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. If you delete your account, SizeWize will process deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
User Content
You retain responsibility for your saved lists, tasks, item details, notes, sizes, specifications, saved links, and sharing choices. Do not use SizeWize to store or share unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
Third-Party Retailers and Websites
SizeWize may open third-party retailer, Deal, Review, or saved-link websites. Those websites are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, pricing, availability, purchase, shipping, return, and customer-service policies.
Affiliate Links
Some retailer, Deal, or Review links may be affiliate or commissionable links. Sonyay LLC may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
Product, Pricing, and Availability Information
SizeWize may help you save item details, prices, sale prices, notes, and links, and may open retailer searches based on saved information. SizeWize does not guarantee that saved product information, prices, sale status, availability, ratings, retailer search results, Deals, or Reviews are current, complete, or error-free.
Intellectual Property
SizeWize, the SizeWize name, website, app experience, visual assets, and related materials are owned by Sonyay LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, misuse, or redistribute SizeWize materials except as allowed by law or with permission.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to misuse SizeWize, bypass access controls, access another user's data without permission, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use SizeWize for unlawful activity.
Service Availability and Changes
SizeWize may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. The app may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, or changes to Firebase, app-store, retailer, or other third-party services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
SizeWize is provided for general shopping organization and convenience. To the extent allowed by law, SizeWize is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sonyay LLC is not responsible for third-party retailer actions, purchases, external websites, product defects, pricing changes, or availability changes.
