This policy explains how SizeWize handles information when you use the SizeWize shopping, task, item, size, deal, and review features. SizeWize is operated by Sonyay LLC. For privacy or support questions, contact sonyayllc@gmail.com.
Information SizeWize Collects
- Account information, such as your Firebase user ID, email address, display name, profile photo URL, account created time, and phone number if an enabled sign-in provider supplies one.
- Shopping and task content you create, including ToDo / ToGet list names, task names, task descriptions, due dates, completion state, item list names, item names, notes, specifications, saved size details, brand names, quantities, prices, sale prices, and saved item links.
- Sharing metadata when you share a list with another existing SizeWize account, including the recipient UID used for access and owner-visible normalized email summary.
- Private list templates and recent item or task names used for template creation and Quick Add suggestions.
- App interaction counts for shared Deals, Reviews, and retailer Links. These are stored as global aggregate counters and are not stored by SizeWize as a per-user click history in the current source.
- Local app preferences and cache data on your device, such as theme preference and cached images used to make the app work.
How SizeWize Uses Information
SizeWize uses this information to create and manage your account, show your private lists, tasks, items, size notes, templates, recent-entry suggestions, preferred retailer ordering, shared-list access, saved shopping links, shared Deals and Reviews, aggregate popularity counters, and account deletion.
Authentication
SizeWize uses Firebase Authentication. The app includes email and password sign-in and source-visible Google and Apple sign-in paths. Repository evidence does not prove that every generated authentication provider is enabled in production. Firebase, Google, and Apple may process authentication information according to their own service terms and privacy practices.
Firebase Data Storage
SizeWize stores account and private app data in Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Managed Review images for shared editorial content may be stored in Firebase Storage through a trusted backend. Current mobile source does not show normal users uploading private images or files to Firebase Storage.
Automatic Images, Retailer Icons, and Fonts
Displaying editorial images, retailer icons, or fonts can automatically contact Firebase Storage or Google's image and font services before you open a retailer link. These requests include the requested resource and ordinary network information, such as your IP address and standard request headers. Retailer-icon requests to Google include the retailer's hostname.
SizeWize does not add your account ID, email address, private shopping details, or Firebase sign-in credentials to these image and font requests. The receiving service processes requests under its applicable terms and privacy practices. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Fonts FAQ. Avoiding retailer links does not prevent automatic image and font requests.
App Diagnostics and Performance
SizeWize uses Firebase Performance Monitoring to understand and improve app performance, reliability, and troubleshooting. Depending on the platform and available SDK measurements, Firebase may process app startup and screen-rendering timing, CPU and memory usage, device, operating-system, app-version, and network metadata, and identifiers associated with the app installation or session. Network performance records may include URL paths without query parameters or request payloads, response codes, transfer sizes, and timing. Firebase also processes IP addresses to determine the country where performance events originate.
SizeWize does not add your email address, account ID, or private shopping content to performance monitoring.
Retailer Links and Affiliate Links
When you open a saved item link, Deal, Review, or retailer search, SizeWize launches an external URL. Retailer search links may include saved item search text such as item name, brand, specifications, and description. The current source does not append your SizeWize user ID or email address to these URLs.
Some retailer links may be affiliate or commissionable links if the underlying link data contains affiliate parameters. See the Affiliate Disclosure for more information.
Advertising, Analytics, and Tracking
The current mobile source does not show an advertising SDK, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, push notifications, GPS or precise location collection, contacts access, camera access, or normal-user photo upload. The current website is static HTML/CSS and does not add a website analytics script or cookie banner in this repository.
Service Providers and Sharing
SizeWize uses Firebase/Google for authentication, database, storage, performance monitoring, and app infrastructure, and Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In when used. Google's public icon and font services also receive the automatic requests described above; embedding a resource does not mean every recipient acts solely on SizeWize's behalf. External retailer navigation occurs when you choose to open a link. SizeWize does not use your private list, task, item, or size content as shared editorial content.
Retention and Deletion
SizeWize keeps app-controlled personal data while your account exists. You can delete your account in Profile / Settings. Account deletion removes your Firebase Auth account, user profile document, owned ToDo / ToGet lists and tasks, owned Items & Sizes lists and items, private list templates and template children, and recent-entry history. It also removes your deleted account from other users' shared-list access arrays where applicable.
Shared editorial Deals, Reviews, Links, managed Review images, aggregate click counters, diagnostic and performance information, service logs, provider backups, and external retailer records may be retained after account deletion where they are not private account data or where service-provider operational policies apply.

Security
SizeWize uses authenticated access controls for user-owned Firestore data and Firebase service transport security where applicable. No app or internet service can guarantee perfect security.
Children
The repository does not establish SizeWize as an app directed to children. Store target-audience and age-rating choices should be confirmed by Sonyay LLC before public store submission.
Your Choices
You can edit profile details in Profile / Settings, manage preferred retailers, clear recent item or task suggestions, create, edit, share, or delete lists and items inside the app, open or avoid external retailer links, and delete your account from Profile / Settings.
